Doctor spawns at Taxi City Medical Center, mainly around the hospital. The hospital sits between Central City, Noll Cliff, Cedar Side, and Old Town/Small Town. Start there, then look for a customer wearing a white vest over a blue shirt with black shoes. Doctor can also appear elsewhere across the map, so the hospital is your starting point rather than the only place to look.
Where Does Doctor Spawn in Taxi Boss?
Doctor spawns at Taxi City Medical Center and mainly around the hospital, with additional appearances across the map. If you are driving around trying to find this customer, head toward the medical center before committing to a wider search.
The useful distinction is between a place to begin looking and an exclusive spawn location. You have a named building to aim for, which is much more practical than checking every district without a destination. At the same time, finding Doctor away from the hospital fits the customer's mapwide appearances. You do not need to pass over a Doctor elsewhere just because you were heading toward the medical center.
Keep your search focused on the hospital area first. Expanding immediately to the whole map gives you more ground to cover before you have checked the main location. If your aim is specifically Doctor, use the medical center as your anchor and the clothing cues below to decide which customers deserve a closer look.
Where Is Taxi City Medical Center?
Taxi City Medical Center is between Central City, Noll Cliff, Cedar Side, and Old Town/Small Town. Look for the building named Taxi City Medical Center when you reach that central area.
- Head toward the area between those districts rather than treating any single district name as the hospital's full address.
- Locate Taxi City Medical Center and check around the hospital for customers.
- Look for Doctor's white vest, blue shirt, and black shoes before continuing your search elsewhere.
Those area names help you narrow the journey, while the medical center name gives you a specific destination. If you have been searching only inside Central City or only around Old Town, bring your search back toward the space between the surrounding areas. The goal is to reach the hospital itself, then look around it.
If you are also learning your way around the map, keep Taxi Boss Da Hills for your next location search. For Doctor, stay focused on the medical center rather than turning the trip into a tour of unrelated places.
How Do You Recognize the Doctor Customer?
Doctor wears scrubs described as a white vest with a blue shirt and black shoes. Look for that combination when checking customers around the hospital or spotting someone elsewhere on your route.
| Detail | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Upper body | White vest and blue shirt |
| Footwear | Black shoes |
| Main search area | Around Taxi City Medical Center |
The hospital is a useful location cue, but appearance helps you narrow down the customer. Check the outfit as a whole instead of treating a blue shirt alone as the deciding detail. That is especially helpful when you encounter a possible Doctor outside the hospital area, where the building cannot help you identify them.
For ratings, Doctor's customer range is 4.4–7.1. The medical center's customer description specifically lists 4.8 Rating Citizen & Doctor at that establishment. Keep the location context attached to that second figure: the hospital listing and Doctor's broader customer range describe different scopes. Treating Doctor as having one universal rating would lose that distinction. If you are planning your vehicle choices alongside customer searches, continue with Taxi Boss best cars.
How Do You Unlock Taxi City Medical Center?
Taxi City Medical Center unlocks through the TC Police Department Progress Mission at TC Police Department. If your immediate goal is the hospital unlock, that is the mission to pursue.
Keep that objective separate from identifying Doctor. One tells you how to unlock the establishment; the other tells you which customer to look for and where to start looking. Follow the police department mission for the hospital, and use the medical center area plus the clothing cues for your Doctor search.
Once you have located the hospital and recognized Doctor's outfit, you have a concrete place and customer to look for on future trips. If your next goal is earning rather than locating a particular passenger, move on to the best way to get money in Taxi Boss.
