Collect wood planks on the grass at Mountain Neighbourhood or beside the cabin at Ocean Viewpoint. Look for pickups labeled Wood Plank near the landmarks below. You can also get Taxi Boss wood planks by delivering Lumberjack passengers, so you have another way to collect them while earning fares.
Where to Find Wood Planks in Taxi Boss?
Look on the roadside grass at Mountain Neighbourhood, near a tree and rock, or beside the cabin at Ocean Viewpoint. These are ground pickups you can collect for free.
Mountain Neighbourhood: Grass Beside the Road
Head to the circled spot on the map below, then check the grass beside the road. Look around the tree and low rock for floating brown item icons labeled Wood Plank. The grass is your search area, so look off the pavement when you arrive.
Ocean Viewpoint: Beside the Cabin
At the circled Ocean Viewpoint spot, search the ground beside the wooden cabin. The Wood Plank label appears above a brown square icon with an orange plank inside. Use the cabin as your landmark once you reach the area.
For a direct collection run, check these ground pickups first so you can look for wood without relying on a passenger reward roll. If you find no planks there, switch to Lumberjack deliveries rather than counting on a pickup being present every visit.
How to Get Wood Planks in Taxi Boss From Lumberjacks?
Pick up a Lumberjack and deliver them to their destination for a chance to receive a Wood Plank alongside your fare.
- Drive to the Lumberjack pickup area marked by the red circle below and look for a Lumberjack passenger.
- Take the passenger to their destination. At MISSION COMPLETE, the reward panel lists Wood Plank with a 12% chance.
A Lumberjack trip gives you a chance at wood, not a guaranteed plank. Choose deliveries when you also want fare money; choose the ground locations when you want to search directly for free planks.
Wood Plank is a Common item used for office upgrades. Once you have your wood, continue gathering whichever material you need next: Taxi Boss glass panes, Taxi Boss concrete bags, or how to pick up sand in Taxi Boss.
